Unlike other shops Embers Bristol offer a complete in house service. This means our specialist sales staff are all HETAS registered and have a good knowledge of all aspect of stoves, rayburners & solid fuels enabling them to offer our customers expert unbiased advice on every step of your stove or rayburner project, from the initial site survey and chimney sweep, right through to the finished installation. At Embers Bristol a full after sales service is offered, this can range from giving advice to arranging servicing and sweeping visits, supplying fireside accessories and even delivering solid fuel or logs to ensure a beautiful roaring fire on the coldest of nights.
